We are a locally administered firm with international connections who specialize in the management, maintenance and administration of historic refurbished mid to long term rentals suitably positioned to satisfy the demanding needs of Queen's University Faculty and Graduate Students in Kingston Ontario Canada.

We provide "real-time" response to emails, and in the unlikely event of an emergency or urgent repair matter, our team of experienced service personnel are dispatched almost immediately.
